Women soccer players of Shahrdari Sirjan runners-up at AFC Women’s Club Championship

The Asian Women’s Football Club Cup, hosted by Jordan, last night, the women’s soccer team of Sirjan Municipality competed against Amman Jordan in its last competition, and by accepting defeat against this team, became the runner-up.

 Sirjan Municipality lost the first half of the match with a score of one to zero and Amman scored the only goal from a penalty kick.  Amman opened the gate of Sirjan for the second time in the 82nd minute.  Afsaneh Chatrenoor also scored a single goal for the representative of our country to end this match with a 2-1 victory in favor of the host and the first defeat of Sirjan.  Sirjan accepted this defeat and became the runner-up.

 Despite winning the first two matches, the Iranian women gained 6 points and equalized with a goal difference, but due to the loss in the face-to-face game, they finished second and ended their work.

 The representatives of Uzbekistan and India also came in third and fourth with 3 points.
