Iranian athletes achieve 5 medals at Para Athletics Grand Prix
Tehran (Pa Alam) – Iranian representatives managed to achieve five medals on the third day of track and field competition at the Para Athletics Grand Prix in Morocco.
An Iranian Paralympic athlete Saeid Afrooz beating the record of 11.05 meters at the shot put could gain a bronze medal.
In the field of 200-meter dash, Reza Hatami and Ali Reza Zare setting the record of 25.01 and 29.28 could get a silver and bronze medal respectively.
In the field of 400-meter dash, Reza Hatami set the record of 53.66, winning a silver medal.
Ali Asghar Javanmardi also managed to achieve a bronze medal in Discus throw.
