Iran’s U-14 Greco-Roman wrestlers claim title at Asian Championships
Tehran (Pa Alam) – Iran’s U-14 Greco-Roman wrestlers claimed 4 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals at the Asian Championship in Manama, Bahrain.
At this competition, Mohammad Mehdi Derakhshan, Hassan Mir Aghaei, Amir Mahdi Saeedi and Alireza Mohamamd Hosseini managed to achieve gold medals in the 85kg, 44kg, 57kg and 62kg weigh category respectively. Moreover, Mohammad Hossein Rahim Abadi, Erfan Bakht Avar and Seyed Iman Hosseini could gain silver medals in the 38kg, 41kg and 48kg weight category. Also, Amir Ali Heydari, Emad Reza Mohsen Nejad and Ali Michaeli won bronze medals in the 52kg, 68kg and 75kg weight category.
The Iran’s team stood at the first rank while Kazakhstan and India stood at the second and third place respectively.
